Run, Jog, Walk for Adults & Children

Join us for the annual Good Friday 5k Road Race in the picturesque North Sligo village of Grange!

Event Details:

• Date: 3rd April

• Start: 7pm Runners and Walkers - at Pine Grove 300m from the Sports Complex and finish on the running track

• Location: Sports Complex, Grange, F91 YX25

• Number Collection: Registration starts at 5:30 pm​

The Good Friday 5k features course that will suit all levels of fitness walkers, joggers and runners . The race starts and finishes near the Sports Complex, making it convenient for participants and spectators alike.

Post-Race Activities:
After the race, enjoy complimentary refreshments and take part in the prize-giving ceremony, where prizes will be awarded in various categories. Celebrate your achievement with fellow runners!

Entries to www.northsligoac.ie or on the day in the North Sligo Sports Complex from 5:30pm until 6:45pm please give yourself plenty of time to register. The event starts at 7pm and all support is greatly appreciated by the club.

This event has been organised by the North Sligo Athletic Club for the past 17 years with all funds going to charity. This year the charity is Médecins Sans Frontières Doctors Without Borders. They operate in over 70 countries and go where medical care is needed most.

They are independent and neutral and work in war zones, natural disasters and disease outbreaks around the world. North Sligo Athletic club are delighted to be a position to help this deserving charity and would like runners and families to come and walk jog or run this 5k to help with the fundraising.
